Bug Fix & Restoration for Official Work Automation Web App

I'm looking for a full-stack developer to help fix and restore an internal work automation web app built with Python on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The app is designed to automate internal tasks and workflows with support from a custom bot, but it's currently broken. There's a serious bug affecting core functionality, and the backend database was accidentally destroyed by a previous developer.
I need someone who can figure out what's going wrong, fix the bug, and rebuild or restore the database—either from backups or by reverse-engineering the schema. The automation bot also needs to be checked and fully reconnected to make sure all workflows are functioning properly. It’s important that the system ends up stable, maintainable, and documented so it can be easily managed going forward.
If you're experienced with debugging, backend recovery, and working with systems that don’t always come with perfect documentation, I’d love to hear how you'd approach this.
