We are seeking an experienced Jira Cloud administrator to assist primarily with user access management (roles, permissions, groups) and be available for general Jira support as needed.
Scope of Work:
Manage and configure user accounts, roles, and permissions
Maintain proper access control for different teams and projects
Support with general Jira configuration requests (workflows, boards, fields, notifications)
Provide best-practice advice for Jira Cloud administration
Requirements:
Proven experience with Jira Cloud administration
Strong knowledge of Jira’s permission schemes and user management
Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish or English
Flexible availability for short-notice requests
