Verdict in the kitchen” – Citizen series on food hygiene at Quebec

My name is Jacques Perrier, an auditor in hygiene and food safety with over 15 years of experience, having worked with major chains like Costco, Walmart, Provigo, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and kfc to ensure compliance with mapaq standards and public health. I am launching "Verdict in the kitchen," a citizen and media project aimed at giving a voice to those who work in our kitchens: cooks, caterers, waiters, and managers. This project seeks to denounce or congratulate food practices in Quebec, raise public awareness of food safety, give a platform to employees and consumers, and offer professional follow-up with the businesses concerned. My goal is to produce educational and investigative videos based on real cases (e.g., Public data from MAPAQ) and then offer businesses support to improve their practices and gain better visibility. I am looking for collaborators and partners to help launch this project. Specifically, I need assistance with video production, including editing, shooting, and subtitles. I also require web support for the creation of a dedicated page on my Elite Food Auditor site. Additionally, marketing and communication help is needed to launch episodes on social networks. The short-term objective is to produce a pilot of 3 episodes for broadcast on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, with an educational yet impactful tone, inspired by "Kitchen Nightmares" but focused on the Quebec reality.
