Project Description:
We are seeking talented video creators worldwide to help us produce short, engaging
interviews. In these interviews, people from different cultures come together to exchange
their perspectives. Our goal is to build an open and curious community that is interested in
cultural diversity.
Your Responsibilities:
• Filming: Independently film interviews according to our provided script, optimally in
front of a clean white wall.
• Editing: Assemble raw footage into a professional-looking video.
• Sound: Optimize audio for clear and understandable playback. Speak free and
clearly.
Requirements:
• Video Experience: Confident handling of a camera and experience in video editing.
• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: You enjoy working independently.
• Creativity: You have an eye for good visuals and can tell stories visually.
• Technical Equipment: You have a good camera or Smartphone (at least 1080p,
Full HD, 16:9), good image stabilization to avoid shaky footage. Make sure to
record with good lightening. (Natural Light or Artificial Light, avoid direct
sundlight)

of the video.
