We’re a fast-growing Christian digital marketing agency called Missio, based in the United States. We help mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and faith-based brands grow through digital advertising. Our campaigns are focused on results — generating leads, sign-ups, or donations — not just awareness. We’re looking for a video editor in Central or South America who can support our Creative Ads team in producing short-form paid ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Our Creative Ads Manager will provide the vision, ad angles, and creative direction. Your job is to take that direction and produce high-quality, engaging video ads that stop the scroll and perform well. We’ll provide access to raw video footage, past ad examples, brand assets, and inspiration references to guide your work. This role is part of an ongoing collaboration — we’re not looking for one-off edits, but someone who can grow with our team long-term. 🎯 Project Goals Create high-performing video ads designed for lead generation, awareness, and conversions. Follow clear creative direction while adding your own flair and creativity. Edit 10–15 short videos per month (varied lengths: 6–30 seconds). Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all content.
