We are not looking for one-off freelancers.
We are building a scalable content operation and need an additional editor who can grow with us.

🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a video editor who can operate within a structured system, execute quickly, and deliver clean, professional output across multiple formats.

This is not a creative free-for-all role — we have defined formats, workflows, and expectations.

🧩 What You’ll Be Editing
Technical walkthrough videos (6–10 min)
→ Clean cuts, pacing, light b-roll
Long-form podcasts / discussions
→ Intro/outro, whitespace removal, consistency
Case study videos (high priority)
→ Structured storytelling, professional polish, aligning visuals to script
Short-form clips (secondary)
→ Derived from long-form content

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

Experience with long-form content (not just reels)
Ability to follow structured instructions + scripts
Strong sense of pacing and clarity
Clean, professional editing style (enterprise-level, not flashy/social-heavy)
Reliable communication and turnaround

Nice-to-have:

Experience with B2B, SaaS, or educational content
Ability to handle both long-form + short-form
Basic motion graphics / text overlays
🚫 Not a Fit If You:
Only edit TikToks / Instagram reels
Rely heavily on flashy effects or meme-style edits
Need constant direction or unclear instructions
Cannot meet deadlines consistently
⚙️ Workflow

You will receive:

Raw footage
Script or structured notes
Clear folder system
Loom walkthroughs (when needed)

We prioritize clarity and speed over excessive revision cycles

⏱ Timeline Expectations
First project: ~48 hours
Ongoing work: ~24-hour turnaround per video

Starts with a paid pilot project
Scales into consistent weekly/monthly volume
