Description:
We're looking for a freelance video editor who can cut high-performing Meta ad creatives with a bold, blue-collar visual style. Must be fluent in fast-paced editing, strong hooks, rugged voiceovers (this is critical - the voiceover must sound like a blue collar worker), captions, motion graphics, and split testing multiple versions. We're looking for someone that we can build a long-term relationship with as we continue to optimize our Meta ads strategy.

Responsibilities:

Edit short-form vertical videos (15–60 sec) for Meta (fb/ig) ad campaigns
incorporate bold hooks, captions, sound design, and cta overlays
follow performance-driven editing best practices (thumb-stopping first 3 seconds, mobile optimization, etc.)
Work closely with our creative lead and ads team on briefs + variations
Deliver edits quickly (within 48–72 hours per asset)
