Virtual Assistant & E-commerce Web Specialist for Training Programs

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive right-hand person to provide comprehensive support for our training, coaching, and mentoring programs. This role requires a blend of administrative, marketing, and technical skills, with a strong focus on launching and maintaining our online sales platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing diverse tasks and communicating proactively to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. This is an ongoing hourly position, initially for 90 days as per a signed NDA and contract.

Key Responsibilities Include:

*  Calendar Management: Efficiently confirm meetings, send timely reminders, and expertly rearrange scheduling conflicts without direct prompting, ensuring no sessions are missed.
*  Email Triage: Systematically filter, flag, and draft professional replies to maintain an organized inbox and ensure clients receive prompt and thoughtful responses.
*  Content & Marketing Support: Assist in drafting concise social media posts, compiling newsletter snippets, and uploading approved content to social channels and the website.
*  Website Development & Maintenance: Build or refine a user-friendly, sales-focused website. This includes setting up course listings, integrating a reliable payment gateway, and optimizing the booking flow. The site should be built on a mainstream CMS like WordPress or Shopify, prioritizing a friction-free checkout experience. Ongoing updates and maintenance as new programs are introduced will be essential.

We are also looking for expertise in content creation and video editing to enhance our program offerings and marketing materials.

Success in this role will be measured by a consistently current calendar, an impeccably organized inbox, polished content ready for review, and a live website that effectively converts visitors into paying students.
