I'm looking for someone to create a Visual Studio Application for a Game Launcher.

This launcher has to Download the game, update if necessary and bring some info from a html page.

Also, this application has to close another specific application. " If the user opens an especific aplication, i need our launcher to close it right away, which is a way to prevent gamers from cheating."
