We are looking at having a crm done for our Callcenters
We need each call center to be completely separate from one another but for our triage team and ourselves we need to be able to see everything in one dashboard
The forms are very simple there is a short form for the CC and once transferred to triage there are added questions on that same form.  The old CRM we used was based on Vtiger.
