Basically, we pursue to develop a website that permits users to choose the service they want, fill all the information needed, pay for it and track packages. We also need to create different types of users, a system to manage shipments, requests and other important aspects. It must be modern, secure and easy to use, and developed along with the desired characteristics given in this document.
