Hello freelancers!
I’m looking for an experienced web developer to update and optimize my company’s website, Hype Telecom (www.hypetelecom.net), which is currently a simple single-page site focused on telecommunications services. The site needs improvements to make it more professional, attractive, and functional, especially to attract international clients in the US. The main focus is adding a bilingual version (Portuguese and English), enhancing usability, and aligning with our core service of “smart hand engineering” in data centers.
Scope of Required Improvements:
1.  Structure and Navigation:
    •  Convert the single-page site into a multi-page structure or add a fixed top menu (e.g., Home | About | Services | Cases | Contact).
    •  Include anchors for smooth navigation and dedicated subpages for services and cases.
2.  Content and Specific Details:
    •  Add a dedicated section for “Smart Hand Engineering”: Descriptions, benefits, real cases (I’ll provide texts based on experiences with clients like Indigo Telecom Group).
    •  Include complete contact information: Phone, email, addresses (US and Brazil), and a simple contact form (using tools like Google Forms or integrated).
    •  Enrich existing cases with details, metrics (e.g., “25% reduction in downtime”), images, and testimonials.
    •  Create a basic “Blog” section for future content.
    •  Make the site bilingual: English version for all content, with a language switcher (e.g., pt/en button or flag).
3.  Visual Design and Multimedia:
    •  Update to a modern design: Vibrant colors (e.g., Blue for telecom), legible fonts, and visual elements like data center images, infographics, and possibly short videos (I’ll provide assets if needed).
    •  Use tools like Canva for graphic elements, if applicable.
4.  User Experience (UX) and Accessibility:
    •  Ensure full mobile responsiveness (test with tools like Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test).
    •  Improve accessibility: Add alt text for images, aria labels, and check color contrast (basic wcag compliance).
    •  Optimize loading speed: Compress images and use CDN if possible (test with PageSpeed Insights).
5.  SEO and Visibility:
    •  Set up optimized meta tags, titles, and descriptions (e.g., “Hype Telecom: Smart Hand Engineering Services in the US”).
    •  Integrate keywords like “smart hand engineer”, “telecom data centers USA” in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
    •  Add links to social media (LinkedIn, X) and integrate Google Analytics.
    •  Implement https and a simple privacy policy page (for gdpr/fcc compliance).
The current site appears to be built in simple HTML or a basic platform (like WordPress? I’ll confirm). You can suggest the best technology (e.g., WordPress for easy maintenance).
Freelancer Requirements:
•  Proven experience in web development (html/css/js, possibly wordpress or frameworks like react for interactive parts).
•  Knowledge of seo, ux, and responsive design.
•  Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) and English (for creating bilingual content – I’ll provide base texts, but need implementation and review).
•  Portfolio with similar sites (telecom or B2B preferred).
•  Availability for partial deliveries and testing.
Timeline:
•  2-4 weeks from hiring, with milestones: Week 1 (structure and design), Week 2 (content and bilingual), Week 3 (SEO and tests).
Budget:
•  $100 to $300, based on final complexity. Prioritize proposals with detailed breakdowns.
I’ll provide access to the current site, texts, and necessary assets. Interested? Send your proposal with estimated time, portfolio, and why you’re the ideal fit!
Thanks!

Project overview

Hype Telecom is a telecommunications company specializing in “smart hand engineering” services for data centers and telecom networks. We are already operational in the US, providing on-site technical support (e.g., Maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations) to clients like Indigo Telecom Group, serving end-users such as META, Google, and Vodafone. The website update aims to enhance our online presence, highlight our expertise in multi-vendor environments, reduce dependency on a single client, and support business expansion by attracting new B2B prospects in the US telecom and data center sectors. The goal is a professional, user-friendly site that drives leads through clear service descriptions, case studies, and bilingual (Portuguese/English) accessibility. Reference Sites: To guide the design and functionality, please refer to these websites of companies that provide similar “smart hands” services (on-site/remote technical support in data centers). Aim for a clean, modern B2B style with intuitive navigation, visual elements (e.g., Images of infrastructure), service-focused content, and strong seo/ux features: • equinix (www.equinix.com/products/data-center-services/smart-hands): Excellent for showcasing remote server access, custom installations, and troubleshooting services in data centers. • Digital Realty (www.digitalrealty.com/resources/solution-briefs/remote-hands): Great use of visuals for remote hands services supported by on-site technicians in data centers. • CoreSite (www.coresite.com/colocation/remote-hands): Model for detailed remote hands support with 24/7 operations technicians for technical tasks. • DataBank (www.databank.com/solutions/colocation/remote-hands/): Example of colocation providers offering remote hands for technical support and tasks. • Park Place Technologies (www.parkplacetechnologies.com/professional-services/remote-hands/): Focus on scalable remote hands and feet support in data center operations.
