I would like assistance with a personal research project. I am looking for a developer to build and manage a personal finance hub with the following characteristics:

The main goal is to have one simple informational landing page and to leverage this website to deploy initially a set of 10 personal financial tools, calculators, and aptitude tests
Purpose of these deployments is to a) test user engagement with each one of these deployments to determine the most popular ones; b) profile and segment the customers who end up using engaging these tools
This hub and all related tools will be in Spanish and the initial focus will be on deploying them digitally on the Barcelona area and surrounding large surrounding areas. The goal is to also mostly reach Spaniards or permanent residents who have full time jobs and live in the city/ area.

Include a simple interactive blog.


Other extremely important criteria:

Portal needs to be developed with a consumer research mindset, ie. The whole purpose of this website it to run experiments to understand consumers’ personal finance needs, goals, problems, etc.
Ability to move fast and be efficient: build, deploy, test in a simple, quick and reiterative manner
Cost effectiveness in relation to what we are building
Agreeing to sign non disclosure/ non compete agreements on any work I engage you to perform
