Wordpress & Elementor Website Optimization and Update Specialist Needed

We are seeking an experienced WordPress and Elementor specialist to optimize and update an existing website that has been active for approximately 10 years. Our primary challenge is the significant accumulation of data, files, and potentially outdated resources on the server, which is exceeding our current hosting capacity and hindering the creation of a staging environment for updates. We are not looking for a full redesign or a new website build, as the new architecture and components, including assets in JSON format, are already mapped out.

We require a professional who can diagnose the current situation, recommend the most efficient solutions, and then execute the necessary steps while ensuring the stability and integrity of the existing website. Our proposed scope of work includes:

1.  Conduct a comprehensive audit of the website, WordPress installation, and server to identify storage and resource consumption.
2.  Pinpoint obsolete files, backups, plugins, media, database content, or other resources that can be safely removed.
3.  Reduce and optimize the website's overall footprint before considering any increase in hosting capacity.
4.  Determine the safest and most efficient approach for creating a staging environment, implementing the planned updates, and deploying them to production.
5.  Replace existing Elementor components with the new components and structure that we have already developed.
6.  Review our proposed scope of work and implementation plan, validate its effectiveness, and recommend a superior solution if applicable.
7.  Provide a detailed quote based on the recommended approach and the final agreed-upon scope.

We have previously attempted parts of this process internally, including setting up a staging site, but the sheer volume of data on the server has become a significant limitation. We need a specialist who can provide expert guidance and hands-on execution.
