Hi,

I currently have a Wordpress site to support a community I'm building with some colleagues. It's a very basic site done by myself with some paid plugins like ultimate member and wp job manager.

This site requires a lot of professional work in order to:

- Improve design (look&feel) and speed (time to load)
- Include additional information/functionalities
- Do some SEO and Security tuning
- Maintain the website (using a sort of "outsourcing" model)
