Wordpress travel site to be completed

This is a new site that needs completing. Main items below;

1/ Check entire site for issues.
2/ Complete membership area and configure pages correctly so no right menu is present.

3/ Black title bar has issues and requires social buttons to be impletmented correctly.
4/ Resolve page scaling issues where top menu becomes a mess at smaller screen sizes.
5/ Mobile optimisation of complete site.

6/ Setup book cabin form and calendar for trips so it interfaces with membership area.

This is basically it, happy to proceed on hourly rate if reasonable. Budget is $4 to $6 per hour depending on experience.
