Wordpress Website Development and Launch from Figma Design for Consulting Startup

Overview
I am the founder of a human resources and talent consulting startup focused on Latin America, and I need support finalizing the technical implementation of my website. I am looking for someone experienced who can refine the existing design, complete the WordPress setup, and publish the website using my existing domain.

Scope of Work
- Finish building the website in WordPress, using the existing Figma design and content as the main reference.
- Review the website page by page and make the necessary design adjustments. This includes correcting anything that does not match the Figma design, as well as modifying, simplifying, improving, or removing elements that I decide are no longer needed, even if they were included in the original design.
- Set up and complete all website pages, including Home, Services, About, Contact, and the other pages already defined.
- Connect my existing domain and publish the website under that domain.
- Make sure the website is fully functional, including: Working contact forms. Functional buttons and links. Responsive design, especially for mobile devices. Reasonable page loading speed. Implement basic SEO best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, and metadata. Provide me with full administrator access and make sure I can easily edit texts, images, and basic website content after the project is completed.

References and Existing Materials
I already have the following:
- A complete Figma design covering all website pages and the defined visual identity, including colors, typography, and layouts.
The Figma design should be considered the starting point rather than a mandatory final version. It is very likely that during implementation I will want to remove, change, simplify, or improve certain elements.  I am therefore looking for someone who can both execute the existing design and provide thoughtful recommendations when something could work better from a visual, usability, or implementation perspective.
- Domain already purchased.
- Active hosting with Hostinger.
- WordPress already installed.
- Hello Elementor theme installed.
- Elementor Free currently active.
- An html/css file already generated for the homepage using the brand color palette. I previously tried inserting it directly into WordPress, but it did not work correctly.
- Written content for each section and page. Most of the copy is already prepared, although I am open to making adjustments during implementation if certain content does not work well within the final layout.
- Brand guidelines and tone-of-voice guide, including colors, typography, and communication style.

Additional Information
- This project could be the beginning of an ongoing collaboration for future website updates and improvements.
- The website is currently in its initial implementation stage, and the main goal of this project is to bring it to a professional, fully functional, published version.
