I’m looking for a highly experienced Xero bookkeeper to help organize and reconcile multiple ecommerce sales channels.

The work involves two key parts:

2025: Reconcile ongoing transactions in Xero per store/platform.
2024: Create clean P&L sheets for each store/platform. The data for 2024 may involve mixed bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors, so attention to detail and investigative skills are important.

You must be comfortable dealing with multi-currency, multiple entities under one Xero file, and categorizing between income, loan repayments, owner draws, and transfers.

Strong communication is important. I will help guide you, but I expect you to take ownership and work independently.

Project overview

I operate several ecommerce brands using platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and others. The business runs on multiple bank accounts, Wise, credit cards, and payment gateways. I’ve cleaned and reconciled two stores already and need support completing the rest — starting with 2024 summaries (P&L per store) and continuing with 2025 reconciliation by platform. This is not entry-level bookkeeping. If you have experience cleaning messy books, investigating unclear transactions, and building accurate reports by channel — I’d love to hear from you.
