Youtube Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking to hire a YouTube thumbnail designer who gets storytelling, emotion, and scroll-stopping visuals. I'm a small creator building my channel, and I want my titles + thumbnails to be as strong as the content itself.

If you’ve got experience creating thumbnails that hook viewers, I’d love to see your portfolio.
Ideally you:

Understand how to design for retention (not just aesthetics)

Know how to spark curiosity or emotion with minimal text

Have worked with vlog/storytime or lifestyle channels (but not a dealbreaker)
