Hello,
We are a new growing company looking for a talented Graphic Designer that we can work with on a regular basis, who understands visual strategies and can design shareable high-level social media posts with ease to build out our market presence online.
This opportunity is for you if you love combining emotion with information. You ground every design decision in sound visual strategy and seek audience empathy. You know how to read between the lines of a creative brief, push beyond what’s asked.
You can deliver big concepts in small packages.
You’ll create a connection between our company and potential clients and buyers and describe what we are about for our customers.
You Are:
A self-starter. You know what an efficient creative process looks like and you’re experienced enough to make that happen.
You are hands-on.
You can quickly crank out day-to-day email heroes, blog and social posts and executive-level presentations.
Innovative. You’re able to create execute emotive, impactful marketing & visuals.
Great at interpretation. You’re experienced with taking complex products and ideas and making them easy for normal people to understand.
Big on brand.
You can and ensure design consistency across creative efforts from - tiny details to big systems.
Organized. You’re able to work quickly, iteratively, transparently, and complete projects on time and keep assets organized.
Professional. You are used to hearing many opinions during the design process and don’t take this input personally.
You Will Design
Social Media post and design
Online and print advertisements
You’ll create or source images/designs for blog posts and email heroes
You Have
3+ years of experience
Expert level proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Some proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a bonus.
Have a keen understanding of visual trends on social media and digital platforms.
Proficiency in illustration and typography is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expect one who takes the initiative to mentor and guide junior designers
Education: A degree or diploma in design is preferred but not pre-requisite.
Portfolio of past work is a must.
We would like to pay a fixed price for a specific number of posts. Please send us your price to design 60 posts a month to start with. We will
1 - Design 4 different Social Media Cover Images- Facebook, Instagram & Twitter-
2- Design 90 different images with quotes and logo for posting on fb and instagram.
We will provide you with samples of what we want and content.
Please reply with your cost, time you will take to do the job and your portfolio.
