We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) freelancer who is proactive, creative, and results-driven to manage our social media presence and website.

We’re a +65 years senior in-home care agency based in Miami, part of the premier and nationally recognized franchisor with over 20 years of experience, 500 offices, +41,000 clients, and 15,000 certified caregivers providing services.

Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule daily and weekly content across platforms
Design visuals and write captions (posts, reels, stories)
Engage with the audience and respond to messages/comments
Optimize profile layouts
Create promotional campaigns (organic and paid)
Keep website content up to date

Requisitos / Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Previous experience managing social media in healthcare, in-home care, or eldercare is highly valued
Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools
Excellent writing skills and visual sense
Creative mindset + ability to work independently with minimal supervision
