I am looking for a ghostwriter to create an Educational Vegan (Plant-Based) Nutrition Children's Book. (I already have the designer.)

Notice that this book heavily rely on images (infographics) to teach to the reader about vegan food.
The story will be narrated by a Yellow Pea (the main character). An adult will read this book to the kids.
This character will help the reader to understand everything about plant-based nutrition, benefits, misconceptions, myths, among other topics. Other characters will also be part of the story and they will have their own personality as well. The writer needs to bring them alive.
The writing style is funny, friendly. This book is not full of text, it is an infographic book.
