Wheel of fortune online

I made a website with wix.com where people can win games easily. I have finished the base of the page but i need some things i am not qualified to do. I need that when the people that enters to the page they need to login with their steam account so i can get their data.
When they login they are redirected to de home page where the game is there to play. When they login with steam they can use their steam wallet to pay for tokens so they can play the games. Once they had tokens they then have to chose a wheel of fortune with the buttons in the left (i need the buttons that when they are pressed the decription text changes as well as the value for the spin).
I need that the roulette can be programmable and change the prizes esily (for example: the roulette have 20 spins, in these 20 spins y 14 are for one prize, 5 for another and 1 for another. When i login with the manager account i need to have acces to chaange easily the numbers, the amount of spins, the amount of prizes and the amount of prizes wins for each one. The 20 spins re reduced every time someone online use it so when it reaches 0 i started gain with 20.
The prizes are randomly given but when the amount gets to 0 is impossible to win it until the system restarts again.) When the category of the wheel/roulette is changed with the button the roulette changes as well. When someone press spin they use their tokens for it so when they use them they have to be discounted from their account. When they win the prize it have to go to their account where they claim it and at the moment they do it the prize is given to them and the money of it is discounted from my steam account because it use it to buy it as a gift and delivered to the winner.
