The job is to get 1 million downloads or app installs  for a Roulette game application and/or a car rental application .The target is to get customer acquisition.
The apps will be launched next month.NOT live yet.
Budget is $4000 to be paid in 4 payments after each 250k downloads.
I need to be able to monitor the downloads as well as a proof.
App is freemium
