As a developer I've 4+ years of experience in web site development and I worked as a project manager in a development team with 2 full stack developers and 4 others. But now I've an excellent idea of starting another business with freelancers. So I need a web developer with knowledge in PHP/Node.JS and HTML/CSS/Javascript.
