Rekha Technologies LLC is seeking a friendly, efficient, and highly organized Remote Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls from our US-based medical practice, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our patients. Spanish and English bilingual speaking candidates are preferred, as this will help us serve a broader patient base. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our practice. Knowledge of eligibility, verification, referrals, and authorization will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: 8:30 am pst to 5:00 pm pst
answer incoming calls from our us-based medical practice in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for patients in accordance with the physicians' availability and clinic guidelines.
Obtain and record accurate patient information, including demographics, insurance details, eligibility, verification, referral, and authorization information.
Communicate with patients about appointment reminders, cancellations, and any changes to their schedules in both English and Spanish.
Direct calls to appropriate staff members when necessary.
Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
Provide administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
