Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at Power Commercial Insurance, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives within the commercial trucking sector. This role demands a blend of industry knowledge, sales expertise, and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance sales, with a strong emphasis on commercial trucking insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial trucking industry, understanding their insurance needs and offering customized solutions.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our insurance products.
Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with underwriters and claims handlers to ensure policies meet client needs and address any issues promptly.
Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team's overall performance.
Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for the enhancement of insurance offerings.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closed deals, using CRM software.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial trucking insurance.
Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting procedures, and the commercial trucking sector.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in delivering client-focused solutions and building long-term relationships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
