Buen día

Necesito tres elementos:
1. Actualizar el tema de mi web. Hacer la web responsive cambiando el código html y css, y además cambiar la fuente (la que tiene ya no se usa) y el menú por otro más moderno
2.
Colocar las tres redes sociales que tenemos Facebook, twitter y linked in para que visitaran, compartiran o les dieran like
3. Colocar un pop up opt in para que se suscribieran a un eco boletin y que me llegara a mi correo el correo de la persona que se suscribió
