Customer Service Representative - Dumpster Rental Services

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Dumpster Rental Services. As a vital member of our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and engaging with customers through our Facebook marketplace listings.

Responsibilities:


Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of engagement on our Facebook marketplace listings.

Utilize your sales skills and experience to effectively communicate with customers via phone calls, ensuring a positive customer experience and closing sales.

Complete comprehensive training to develop your skills in successfully closing deals with customers.

Maintain an updated and organized spreadsheet with all relevant customer information.

Coordinate with our drivers by sending them a daily list of scheduled drop-offs for the following day.

Proficiently utilize Excel and other CRM tools to streamline the sales process as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably with experience in handling phone calls.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a strong customer relationship.

Proficient knowledge of Excel and other CRM tools is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
