Necesito conectar 3 formularios con 2 servicios rest, los servicios rest ya se encuentran públicos, los html ya se encuentran generados.

Un formulario de registro - 16 campos
un formulario para solicitar un DEMO - 6 campos

Es necesario que sea escrito en javascript y vue.js.
Es necesario agregar estilos css,
Es necesario realizar las validaciones a cada campo (longitud, campos requeridos, etc)
