Agregar notificaciones remotas a una app xamarin

Tengo una aplicación en Xamarin Forms, con implementacion en android y IOS. Tengo el código fuente.

Deseo agregarle la caracteristica de recibir notificaciones remotas . La notificacion sera un texto minimo de 10 letras y una imagen icono de color

No hay tags ni suscripcion de temas . Solo es notificar con un mensaje de un string numero (un id estatus) y un string de mensaje

El sitema de autenticación es externo, (una app php ) que con usaurio y contraseña .

Una ves qeu se logeo el usuario podra recibir la notificaciones todos los dias

Buscamos enviar na notificacion particular a cada dispositivo (asociado a la contraseña y password con la que logueo)
