Current My Project Status
• The Chrome Extension is built using wxt with React and TailwindCSS.
• On clicking the extension icon, the UI opens as a side panel in Chrome.
• A translator feature has been implemented.

Task 1: Inject Floating Controller Button
Objective:
Enable users to access the extension UI by clicking a floating button injected into any website.
Details:
• Inject a floating controller button (bottom-right corner) into all webpages when the extension is active.
• When the user clicks this button, the extension side panel should open, displaying the existing UI.
• The button should:
o Be non-intrusive (not overlapping important elements)
o Have clean, minimal styling
o Remain in a fixed position even on scroll
o Avoid conflicts with websites' existing styles (shadow DOM or unique class names can help)

Task 2: Add Writing Assistant Features
Objective:
Extend the functionality beyond translation by adding advanced writing tools.
New Features to Implement:
• Rewrite Text: Rephrase user input for clarity or tone about selected text.
• Grammar Check: Detect and correct grammar errors.
• Word Suggestion: Suggest better word choices or vocabulary upgrades.
• Optional: Support for tone/formality adjustments.
Notes:
• These features should be accessible from the UI, similar to how
sider.ai provides contextual tools.

Goal
Enhance the extension into a full-fledged AI writing assistant—not just a translator. It should provide convenient access via the injected button and offer smart writing tools that help users write better content in any context.
