AI-Powered Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager

We are looking for a creative and innovative digital marketer who rejects traditional, manual, and time-consuming content production in favor of smarter, faster, and more productive methods. We provide paid versions of Claude and ChatGPT and expect the freelancer to use AI, automation, and efficient workflows to reduce repetitive work and increase high-quality output, while proposing other useful tools. The freelancer will also manage our social media community and help turn engagement into potential client opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

Create short-form videos, Reels, graphics, carousels, and promotional or educational content.

Use AI tools for ideation, scripts, visuals, video creation/editing, captions, repurposing, and workflow automation.

Build efficient, repeatable content-production systems instead of relying only on manual methods.

Publish and organize content across our social media channels.

Manage comments, direct messages, and audience questions professionally.

Identify interested prospects and help move social media conversations toward potential client opportunities.

Suggest new AI tools, formats, and automation ideas that can improve our content production.

Required Profile

Strong visual design and video editing skills, especially for short-form social media content.

Practical experience with AI content-creation tools and automation.

Community management and professional client communication skills.

Creative, resourceful, independent, and comfortable testing new technologies.

Fluent in English or French; bilingual ability is an asset.

Remote Work Environment

The freelancer may work from any location, but all project work must be performed on a company computer physically located in Montreal, Canada.

The freelancer's personal computer will be used only to connect remotely to our Montreal computer. Project files, client information, credentials, and working documents must remain on our company computer and must not be downloaded or stored locally unless specifically authorized.
