Eu fiz um curso na udemy sobre otimizaçao de portfólios de investimentos através do modelo de Markowitz. O curso foi lecionado em python e estou realizando algumas modificações. Quero limitar o meu algoritmo há 10 ativos, é um trabalho rápido para quem tem maior domínio da linguagem.


O algoritmo está pronto, só preciso de ajuda nas restrições. Não deve levar mais do que 1h para resolver.
