Já existe um webApp desenvolvido em Angular, onde devem ser feitas algumas alterações, como listadas no arquivo especificações anexado ao projeto.
Alem das alterações é necessário que esse webapp seja convertido para um app hibrido utilizando cordova ou ionic e que nesse app hibrido seja implementado um sistema de notificações utilizando os sdks do serviço onesignal. O webapp já possui um sistema de notifições para navegador utilizando o mesmo serviço.
