Tenemos un script que extrae texto desde un pdf.
Ahora necesitamos poder convertir ese texto en un formato estructurado de python.
Necesitamos un script en python o un notebook de Jupyter que reciba como input un archivo TXT como los ejemplos adjuntos y devuelva un diccionario con los datos estructurados.

Los patrones son faciles de identificar, los documentos son curriculums, tienen info de introduccion, nombre, descripcion, educacion, y historial laboral.
los ejemplos de entrada y salida estan en el adjunto.
