Android App prototype

I need an Android App prototype built using Android Studio.

This is not a full app - just a one-page prototype using 4 features.  Just basic functionality of microphone access with Speech to Text, camera access, play an MP3, and dial a phone number.

All the technical specifications are included in the zipfile.

The goal is to make an Android App that uses these features so I can then copy/paste the HTML and JavaScript code from this page into my actual Single Page Application and have a working Android App.

Requirements

Completing the project requires both a working APK file and the Android Studio project file. By “working” we mean it meets all of the requirements outlined below. If any requirement is not met, the project is not completed so make sure you re-read the specifications before submitting your APK.

Download the zip file and modify it to work on your server. The zip file only contains an html file and the external js and css files necessary to ensure compatibility with our environment. Only the AndroidApp2.htm file should need any modification.

Use Android Studio to build an app that points to your modified AndroidApp2.htm page. Modify the JavaScript in that page so it interacts with Android phones to do each of the features listed below.  Project is completed when I can compile your finished project in my Android Studio and it works accessing your modified version of this page. Our pwa/spa uses materializecss and jquery so code must be compatible with those libraries. That is why you must use the files in the zipfile for your development.

Debug code is shown in JS console and in right side of page on desktops/tablets or on bottom of page when viewed on phones. Viewing this will allow us to verify your code works as required.
