Necesitamos un api para facturación electrónica en Latinoamérica, esta misma debe :
1: crear los xml y enviarlos la entidad requerida.
2: solo firmar los xml creados por otros sistemas.
3: comprobar respuestas a los xml enviados cada 5 o 10 minutos.

Esta api se debe de integrar de manera fácil con cualquier sistema por ejemplo solo con un link.
