Se requiere el desarrollo de una aplicación que corra en Windows, sea capaz de leer permanentemente los datos de 15 puertos seriales y guardarlos en una base de datos MySQL.
Se requiere la documentación necesaria para que nosotros seamos capaces de modificar el nombre de los puertos definitivos y funcione en el ambiente final de producción.
