O projeto consiste em colher evidências. A evidência pode ser um vídeo de 10 segundos, um áudio de 10 segundos, uma foto e uma breve descrição textual que é opcional. Estas evidências deve ser colhidas a partir de um atendimento e deve ser armazenadas offline até ser feito um sincronismo num servidor web.
Assim que o sincronismo for feito as evidências devem ser apagadas. O webservice está pronto. As telas consiste em: 1) Autenticação 2) Atualizar Dados Cadastrais (Possui foto e indica se o agente está disponível) 3) Atendimento 4) Iniciar Atendimento 5) Registrar Evidência 6) Sincronizar 7) Deslogar
