1) busca de empresas por geolocalizacao (mais proximo de onde vc estiver/cidade)
2) compra e venda de tudo tipo mercado livre/olx por cidade
3) super promocoes por segmento (alimentacao, eletroeletronicos, rupoas, etc) tipo  promocoes do peixe urbano/groupon
4) cadastro de empresa por cidade/segmento - tipo guiamais
