La app debe leer posicion gps del dispositivo, debe transmitir esos datos a un web service en json, como respuesta recibira la hora de la siguiente transmision de la posicion gps y asi sucesivamente. Cuatro bitones: inicio, pausa, panico, final. No se requiere mapa en la app solo retroalimentacion al usuario de cuantas transmisiones ha realizado y el estado actual: iniciado en pausa o finalizado.
