App android para registrar un evento

Hola estimados!

Podrían cotizarme una simple aplicación Android.
A) funcionalidad requerida:

a.1 autenticar login/password usando SSO Google (gmail)
a.2 registrar 2 campos: una lista de selección y un texto libre. Más dos fotos a tomar por el usuario
a.3 Los datos capturados + fecha y hora + geolocalización y registrarlo en una b.d. Sqllite
a.4 versión mínima Android Lollipop

b) entregables:
b.1 proyecto android, para instalarlo en Android sdk y poder generar la apk
b.2 documentación mínima, para poder: agregar otro campo si es necesario y estructura de la tabla de b.d.

C) Tiempo de desarrollo: 1-2 semanas?

d) Forma de pago: 50% al inicio contra un APK que satisfaga la funcionalidad, 50% contra entrega del proyecto y documentación

e) Requerido: desarrollo usando metodología y funciones nativas de Android.
