El proyecto está desarrollado en php, lo que se necesita es hacer una app la cual se pueda conectar  a una base de datos mysql.
Los requerimentos necesarios son:
Que cargue las coordenadas y los guarde en los campos de latitud y longitud.
Que cargue la dirreción
Que cargue las imágenes
Toda esta info se debe guardar en una base de datos mysql

nota: el servidor esta con una ipfija a la cual se tiene que redirrecionar esa app

se puede hacer con webview funcional al 100%  o desde codigo nativo
