Desenvolver um app que consuma um webservice e banco de dados onde os colaboradores cadastrem os eventos da cidade.
Um app em que os usuários acessem e pesquisem e vejam os detalhes dos eventos.

Penso que pode ser 2 app, sendo um o app back end e o front ent... Ou então o mesmo app faz as duas coisas atraves de um login.
