Necesitamos desarrollar un software para escritorio y que tenga su versión móvil que permita ingresar , clasificar y valorar la información de los medios de comunicación.

Es decir, que me permita alimentar la data con los elementos de la noticias, tales como título, subtítulo, foto, texto, actores, instituciones, hechos, temas vinculados a la información.
