App para realizar inventario interno de tienda de impermeabilizantes, salida e ingreso de materiales

La aplicación deberá tener un diseño sencillo y muy fácil de entender, la app será para registrar un inventario, es decir tener en cuenta que existe un almacén  y una tienda, son al rededor de 360 productos diferentes, la app deberá registrar entradas y salidas de productos y resultado en tiempo real, para que 5 personas diferentes puedan ver el total de materiales, las salidas y entradas deberán ser registradas con el nombre de la persona que saca el material o de quién ingresa el material con un número de referencia, #de Factura, #de vale/obra, #factura de venta, etc, fecha, hora, al final se deberá entregar un reporte en excel que indique cuántos materiales de cada categoría entraron y cuántos materiales salieron con su correspondiente referencia.
