La app tiene por objetivo el mantener informado al usuario sobre la variacion de la cotizacion de las monedas sin necesidad que ingrese a consultarlo sino que se alerte en forma emergente en el telefono

2.Alerta emergente en el telefono sobre variacion de tipo de cambio

            Fecha actualizacion

        Ejemplo:
            EUR  3.25
       
  Esta app debe lanzarse en forma automatica como aletra del telefono

3.App de servidor que consulta periodicamente el tipo de cambio al siguiente link y actualiza la base de datos
