Application Landscape Architecture service to help and maintain a comprehensive vision of our current systems and ensure alignment with both regional (Europe) and global architectural strategies. It is critical that our application architecture adheres to global guidelines while also addressing specific regional business needs. The architect will play a key role in bridging the gap between local, regional and global initiatives, ensuring consistency and compatibility across the company’s technology stack.

This role involves mapping out a detailed, scalable, and cohesive technology landscape, identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for integration/savings. The architect will collaborate with key business functions (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Ontrade, Offtrade, etc.) To develop a clear roadmap that aligns both with immediate and long-term business objectives, ensuring that it stays in line with global directions. This is initially a 6-month engagement with the possibility of extension.

Contexto Geral do Projeto

Responsibilities: Assess and define the current application landscape across all regional business functions, ensuring alignment with global architecture standards. Develop a holistic and strategic application roadmap that meets regional needs while maintaining compatibility with global architectural guidelines. Identify key integration points, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement or consolidation of applications in line with global strategies. Collaborate with senior leaders, both regional and global, to ensure the roadmap aligns with broader business and technology strategies. Act as a liaison between regional teams and global architecture teams to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with global standards. Facilitate regular meetings with both regional and global stakeholders to track progress and adjust the architecture as needed. Ensure the landscape is scalable, flexible, and adaptable to both regional and global evolving business needs. Support the governance of the application portfolio, including compliance with data security, quality, and governance standards from both regional and global perspectives. Foster clear and collaborative communication between regional technical teams, business stakeholders, and global architecture teams. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities in the application landscape, ensuring transparency and alignment across regional and global teams.
