Looking to retain the services of a qualified freelancer with experience in architectural design for commercial spaces.  The mandate shall include blueprints and floor plans for a commercial space ranging between 190 m 2 to 250 m 2. The task will include working with the team on the projected layout of the project and amenities to include as part of the floor plan for the development of the projected spa and body management center. It includes the digitalization and CAD drawing (dwg,dxf) of the designed floor plans. It includes rendering, 3D modeling, scenography, and ambiance of the commercial space according to brand concept and corporate colors as well as branding concept.
